Idyl Wyld is the oldest of the Livonia courses having been purchased by the City in 1975. As is found with most older courses, small greens and well placed bunkers await. This old gem is shorter in distance than the other two courses; however the small greens, numerous sand traps, and fair amount of water make up for the distance. Hilly at times, and scenic at others, Idyl Wyld is a very enjoyable course for players of all abilities.
