Handicap 2014 update

You may notice a change in your handicap. The course updated the slope and rating (and some yardages as well). I entered the new data and the system recalculates accordingly. Below is an example of how handicap is calculated. If you would like to see your specific data let me know I can run the report for you. - Thom

		Diff = (Adjusted Gross Score - Rating) x (113 / Slope)
3. Use the differentials to calculate a handicap.
	Differentials 'used' are added together...
	11.7+13.2+14.4+7.8+6.9+8.8+13.6+15.5+12.7..etc.. = 198.5
	Then divide by the total number used.
	Pre-Handicap = 198.5 / 20			Pre-Handicap = 9.925
	Thom is a regular player, so according to the
	handicap setup the Handicap Percent is 80
	Handicap = 9.925 x 80			Handicap = 7.94 (Digits after hundredth place are deleted)
	Convert the handicap to a 'course' handicap using the slope of the course being played. (Prairies Back)
	Handicap = Handicap x (Slope / 113)
	Handicap = 7.94 x (128 / 113)
	Handicap = 8.99
	Final Handicap = 8.99
